Workshops 90 mins

 

  In addition I can offer Masterclass Pilates Classes focusing on shoulder, back care, and posture, and in addition Workshops for Health and Wellbeing. We also offer something  different, our 'Conversations about wine’ tasting events. You can see examples of these on our websites, under events.
